"Easy" Slow Cooker Pot Roast

-4lbs Burnstad's Market Chuck Roast
-Pinch of Salt & Pepper to taste
-1 Packet Flavorite Dry Onion Soup Mix
-1 Cup Water
-3 Carrots; chopped
-1 Onion; chopped
-3 Potatoes; peeled and cubed
-1 Celery Stalk; chopped
Take the chuck roast and season with salt and pepper to taste. Brown on all sides in a large skillet over high heat. Place in the slow cooker and add the soup mix, water, carrots, onion, potatoes, and celery. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Makes 4-5 servings

-1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon groun cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-2 eggs, slightly beaten
-2 ripe bananas, mashed
-1 cup freshly shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup butter milk
-1/2 cup honey
-1/4 cup flavorit vegetable oil
-1 cup frozen blueberries
Lightly coat 48 mini-muffn cups with no-stick cooking spray; set aside. In medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In second medium bowl, combine eggs, bananas, carrot, buttermilk, honey, and oil. Make well in center of flour mixture. Pour in egg mixture; stir just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries (batter will be lumpy). Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full. Bake in 400 degree oven until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
